Refund Policy

Important: Payments for ordiza.com subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record. All billing, invoicing, and refund processing is handled by Paddle on our behalf.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no charge and does not involve any payments or refunds.
2. Paid Subscriptions — 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise).
- Request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
- This applies to first-time purchases of each plan
- The 14-day window starts from the date of the first charge
This refund right is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country.
3. Renewals
Monthly and annual subscription renewals are generally non-refundable after processing. However, we evaluate refund requests for renewals on a case-by-case basis, particularly if:
- You experienced a significant service outage during the billing period
- There was an error in billing on our part
- The renewal occurred before you had a reasonable chance to cancel
4. Plan Downgrades and Cancellations
- If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, you retain access to your current plan features until the end of the paid billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time when downgrading mid-period
- Annual plan cancellations: we may issue a pro-rated refund for remaining full months at our discretion
5. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase, unless you have already started using the service and expressly waived this right.
By activating your subscription and accessing premium features, you acknowledge that the service has begun and you consent to waiving the withdrawal right beyond our voluntary 14-day guarantee above.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at billing@ordiza.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The date of the charge
- The reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension. If a chargeback is filed, your account access may be suspended pending resolution.
