1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ordiza.com ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ordiza.com is operated by a legal entity registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina. These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2. Description of Service

ordiza.com is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides restaurants and hospitality businesses with:

• Digital QR menu management
• Table ordering and management
• Order tracking and processing
• Analytics and reporting
• Payment processing tools
• Reservation management

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to register.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

ordiza.com offers several subscription tiers, including a Free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with ordiza.com
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ordiza.com and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (menus, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your customers.

8. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice and emergency maintenance when necessary.

We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, outages, or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ordiza.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For EU/EEA consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing users of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
